Where is the check-in for the Court Canal Rooms located on the Oudegracht?

If you have booked one of the three wharf cellars directly on the Oudegracht, we are happy to welcome you at the reception of Court Hotel. After checking in, we accompany you to your special room on the Oudegracht, less than a 2 minutes walk away.

When is a reservation a group reservation?

A reservation is a group reservation when it has 5 or more rooms. If you would like to make a reservation, have any questions or want to cancel your reservation please contact us via e-mail or phone 030 303 6311.

Airport pickup - How do I get to Court Hotel from the airport?

Court Hotel offers two options for an airport pickup: a regular taxi or a Tesla Cab. From and to the airport, Court Hotel works with Tesla Cabs. Your journey from door to door will be in an electric Tesla, enjoying all the luxury the Tesla has to offer. A table for your laptop, a bottle of water and Wi-Fi guarantee a smooth ride for you to enjoy the view or answer some emails. Exclusively for Utrecht City Hotels guests, there is a special fee of € 109. Please let us know if we can make a reservation for you.

Would you prefer a regular taxi? We can take care of that reservation as well. 

Are photoshoots and video shoots allowed at Court Hotel?

Photoshoots and video shoots that are not for private use are only allowed with the explicit consent of the hotel. Should you wish to shoot either, please contact us at Welcome@CourtHotel.nl and we will be happy to assess your request and assist you in planning your video shoot and/or photoshoot.

Does Court Hotel offer a bike rental service?

Yes, we do! Utrecht is often called ‘bike city’, so do what locals do and discover the city by bike!
1 day = €15 per bike
½ day = €10 per bike
Any additional day = €12 per bike per day

What are Court Hotel’s check-in and check-out times?

Checking in is possible from 3am onwards.
Check-out time is 11am at the latest.

Should you be arriving before 3 p.m. or staying past 11am, we are more than happy to store your luggage so you can enjoy Utrecht!

Does Court Hotel offer gym facilities?

Court Hotel works with TrainMore to offer our guests excellent exercising facilities during their stay. With a large assortment of equipment, personal training, live classes and a sauna, TrainMore is a luxury, fully equipped gym, just three minutes from the hotel on foot.

We will be bringing our baby during our stay. What are the possibilities?

Our Court Deluxe Rooms offer plenty of space to place a cot. We are happy to arrange this for you free of charge!
(available for children up to 2 years old)

Why do room rates vary per date?

Court Hotel works with the Best Available Daily Rate, which can cause the same room to vary in price between dates, depending on availability.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Does Court Hotel offer rooms accessible to individuals with disabilities?

Unfortunately, we don’t have any rooms accessible to individuals with disabilities.

I am not able to use stairs, can I get to my room by lift?

Most of our rooms are easily reached by lift, so that you do not need to use the stairs. Ask us about the availability of these rooms, Court Hotel will be pleased to give you personal advice.

Does Court Hotel serve breakfast?

After a refreshing night’s rest, you can enjoy a hearty petit dejeuner in our restaurant (or in your room) to satisfy your every morning craving. For only €13.50 we guarantee the perfect start to your day!

Monday through Friday from 6.30 a.m. until 10 a.m.
Saturday and Sunday from 7.30 a.m. until 11 a.m.

 

Payments Court Hotel

Court Hotel is a cashless hotel, you can pay with either debit or creditcard. We do not accept cash payments. 

What is the cancellation policy?

We totally understand that it’s hard to plan ahead at the moment. That’s why we’ve (temporarily) adjusted our cancellation policy. When you book the Best Available Rate via our own website you can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours prior to your arrival date with no incurred costs. The adjusted cancellation policy applies to stays between May 15th, 2020 and August 31st, 2020. So no need to worry when making future plans!

Example: you’ve made a reservation for a stay on the August 14th, 2020. You can cancel your reservation with no incurred costs up to August 12th, 2020, 23:59 CET. 

The above does not apply when booking the non-refundable rate. Should you wish to cancel your reservation with us? Please get in touch so we can discuss the possible options with you. If you have booked through a third party, please get in touch with them as their cancellation policy will apply.
