Where is the check-in for the Court Canal Rooms located on the Nieuwegracht?

If you have booked one of the three wharf cellars directly on the Oudegracht, we are happy to welcome you at the reception of Court Hotel. After checking in, we accompany you to your special room on the Oudegracht, less than a 2 minutes walk away.

 

If you have booked the Judy's, Judge's, Jury's or Justice Canal Room directly along the Nieuwegracht, we are happy to welcome you at Court Hotel's reception. After check-in, we will guide you to your special room situated on the Nieuwegracht, it's less than a 2-minute walk.

When is a reservation a group reservation?

A reservation is a group reservation when it has 5 or more rooms. If you would like to make a reservation, have any questions or want to cancel your reservation please contact us via e-mail or phone 030 303 6311.

Does Court Hotel serve breakfast?

After a wonderful rest, we serve an extensive and delicious breakfast in our restaurant (or in the room). For €18.50 per person we guarantee you the perfect start of the day!

Our breakfast is served from Monday to Friday betweem 7:00 - 10:00 A.M. During the weekend you can enjoy breakfast from 8:00 - 11:00 A.M.

 

Does Court Hotel have parking facilities?

We recommend you to travel by public transport as this is better for the environment and Utrecht’s city center is not very car friendly. If you still decide to come by car, you can use our adjoining parking deck on request for an additional fee.

Address: Jansdam 1, 3512 AH Utrecht.
Parking costs: € 35,00 (per day) from the moment of your check-in at 15:00, until your check-out at 11:00.

 Since the number of parking spaces is limited, it is essential to reserve a spot in advance. To process your reservation, we require your license plate number. You can submit your parking request via email. If a spot is available, we will finalize the reservation for you. You will then receive a confirmation with additional information through our parking system, Toogethr.

Are photoshoots and video shoots allowed at Court Hotel?

Photoshoots and video shoots that are not for private use are only allowed with the explicit consent of the hotel. Should you wish to shoot either, please contact us at marketing@utrechtcityconcepts.com and we will be happy to assess your request and assist you in planning your video shoot and/or photoshoot.

Does Court Hotel offer a bike rental service?

Of course! Utrecht is often called 'the cycling city', so discover Utrecht the way locals do: by bike!

Bicycle: ½ day = € 12.50 per bicycle    |     1 day = €17.50 per bike

If you want to be sure that a bicycle is ready for you when you stay with us, it is best to contact us in advance!

What are Court Hotel’s check-in and check-out times?

Checking in is possible from 3am onwards.
Check-out time is 11am at the latest.

Should you be arriving before 3 p.m. or staying past 11am, we are more than happy to store your luggage so you can enjoy Utrecht!

We will be bringing our baby during our stay. What are the possibilities?

Our Court Deluxe Rooms offer plenty of space to place a cot. We are happy to arrange this for you free of charge!
(available for children up to 2 years old)

Why do room rates vary per date?

Court Hotel works with the Best Available Daily Rate, which can cause the same room to vary in price between dates, depending on availability.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the hotel.

Does Court Hotel offer rooms accessible to individuals with disabilities?

Unfortunately, we don’t have any rooms accessible to individuals with disabilities.

I am not able to use stairs, can I get to my room by lift?

Most of our rooms are easily reached by lift, so that you do not need to use the stairs. Ask us about the availability of these rooms, Court Hotel will be pleased to give you personal advice.

Payments Court Hotel

Court Hotel is a cashless hotel, you can pay with either debit or creditcard. We do not accept cash payments. 

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation policy

When you book the Best Available Rate via our own website, you can cancel your stay with us free of charge up to one day before arrival date. So you can make plans with peace of mind!
Example: you have reserved for a stay on 19/12/2024, so you can cancel until 18/12/2024 12:00 CET.

Unfortunately, the above-mentioned does not apply to the non-refundable rates. If you have booked through a third party, please get in touch with them as their cancellation policy will apply.
