Our hotel offers a total of 27 rooms divided into two categories: 15 Court Rooms and 12 Court Deluxe rooms. Court also offers three unique Canal rooms in typical Utrecht wharf cellars. Sleeping on the water in the heart of the center but in peace, without a doubt a very special experience. The rooms have a wonderful bath and private small outdoor terrace, which gives you a reason to stay here all year round.
Please note, to get to the wharf you have to descend a fairly steep staircase, making these rooms less suitable for disabled people.

Located next to the Judge's and Jury's canal room is the largest room on the wharf, namely the Justice canal room. This room has just a little more space and also has its own sitting area inside. In addition to the sleeping area, you have a nice shower in the bathroom and a table to work on. In the summer, just like your neighbours, you can enjoy the waterside on your own terrace in the middle of Utrecht.

There's a kitchen and has its own sitting area inside. In addition to the sleeping area, you have a nice terrace and a table to work on.
